The High Ground of Texas is a coalition of communities and organizations including Swisher Electric Cooperative, who cooperatively market the Texas Panhandle region to new, expanding and/or relocating companies. The panhandle region has all of the elements expanding and relocating companies need in a site and desire for for their employees.

Currently, the Texas Panhandle is experiencing a welcomed expansion of the Dairy industry into our area. The Cooperative's service area is no exception. We provide electric service to an area of the region that is primed for growth. We currently have one dairy site under construction and expect many others in the near future.
