Surge Protection
The HomeGuard Defender System provides multilevel surge protection. The entrance surge protector, mounted at the power meter, prevents external high voltage spikes from entering your home. Power entrance protection reduces potentially damaging spikes to the "manageable" level.
Next, the system includes the In-Home Kit of plug-in surge protection products. When used in conjunction with the HomeGuard power entrance product, the In-Home Kit reduces potentially serious voltage spikes to the "safe" level.
HomeGuard Kit
The Plug-in Family of protection devices consists of (1) eight outlet
device, (1) two outlet device, (1) single outlet device, (1) CATV
protector and (1) telephone protector. Each devices carries a downline
equipment warranty against damage caused by spikes as well as its own
lifetime warranty.
